Slow Cooker Chocolate Lava Cake is a gorgeous dessert. Easy to prepare with a soft dark chocolate heart. See the recipe.
- 125 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 125 g butter
- 70 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 75 g plain flour
- 2 cups cold milk
- a pinch of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- Heavy cream
Prepare cake mix into batter using eggs, butter and sugar.
In a pot melt the chocolate slowly, and then add into batter with the flour, baking powder, salt and milk mixing with an electric mixer to a creamy consistency. Pour into crock-pot.
Cook in crock-pot on high setting for 2½ to 3 hours until cake is moist but not jiggle, and little volcanoes of spitting chocolate appear on top. Serve with ice cream or heavy cream whipped topping.
