  • 4 eggs
  • 1-2/3 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of canola oil
  • 15 ounces of solid-pack pumpkin
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips


Step 1

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin with an electric mixer until well blended.

Step 2

Sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips and salt. Add gradually in the pumpkin mixture and mix well until thoroughly combined.

Step 3

Pour into an ungreased baking pan and bake at 350┬░ for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
