Nutella Cheesecake

Nutella cheesecake is a no bake cake. It is perfect for the beginner cook and ideal for your children. See the recipe.


  • 220 g digestive cookies
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 200 g sifted sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Nutella


Step 1

Prepare the crust. Break the digestives into the bowl of a processor, add the butter and blitz until it starts to clump.

Step 2

Tip into a 23cm/9inch round springform and press into the base either using your hands or the back of a spoon.

Step 3

Beat the cream cheese with the heavy cream until smooth, then add Nutella and sugar to the cream cheese mixture, and continue beating until combined.

Step 4

Place the tin in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge for best results.
