Pie Crust

Pie Crust is an easy recipe, perfect to prepare any savory or sweet pies, so it can be scaled to meet your pie baking needs. It is a no-fail recipe made easily with ingredients usually found in most kitchens.


  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Place all ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Stir together with fork. Pat mixture into bottom and up the sides of the pan. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light brown. Use as directed in favorite pie recipe.
