Chocolate cornflakes mini cakes are a simple and fun recipe to make with children! Gluten, dairy, lactose and egg free, perfect for vegetarian people! When the cornflakes are set you can decorate them with whatever you want! Enjoy!!Picture by (CC BY 2.0) Stephanie Chapman
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of chocolate (dark or milk)
- 2 tbsp of golden syrup
- 75 g of cornflakes
Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in the saucepan in the microwave. Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.
Stir the ingredients together gently using a wooden spoon. Spoon the mixture into 12 cupcake. Put in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
